State Department Issues a Travel Warning

Always Call at night or Late Evening to get the Bag💰

Last weekend, I grabbed a couple of boxes of the Honey Nut Cheerios for my son and I believe they were $0.49 a box after the Ralphs Cash Back (RCB) and the RCB did disappear from my account but the $1/2 cash back never showed up in my account.

Last night, around 8 pm in California or 11 pm on the East Coast, I contacted Customer Service via Chat and I inquired about the missing $1 cash back as I had met the offer requirements.  It took me less than a minute to type my name, email, account number and what I bought but within 3 minutes, Customer Service had added $5 to my account for the missing $1.

I prefer the Chat feature because it's super quick and I love contacting Customer Service in the evening/night because they are super chill and generous.

You can also contact Customer Service when a digital coupon does not work and they will credit your account.

I didn't get an Ibotta Weekend Bonus

OMG, late yesterday afternoon, I had a nosebleed and I haven't had a nosebleed since I was a little kid.  I have no clue what caused the bleed because I was in the middle of cooking dinner when it happened. It took about 20 minutes for the bleeding to stop and soon afterwards, I came down with a headache. Weird.

Anyways, this morning, I checked the Ibotta app to see if I had a Weekend Bonus and I did not. I then checked to see when was the last time that I had the Weekend bonus and it was 4/25/24...so, a little less than three weeks ago.

I also checked when was the last time that I completed a Midweek Bonus and that was back 03/11/24.

I am being intentional as to which bonuses that I participate my resources (time and money) in.  I am choosy about which deals that I do and my favorite deals to do are the Money Maker deals, not so much freebies deals unless it's something my family wants or needs.

It's not a bad thing to not be offered an Ibotta bonus, it gives us time to rest and re-cooperate.  If you don't a bonus...enjoy it!

Ralphs/Kroger: Points Rewards Plus Participating Products List

Points Rewards Plus Participating Products List

I went to Ralphs and bought exactly four Pepsi 12 pack (Diet Pepsi and Pepsi Cherry Cola), as well as, one Party Doritos (you can read my scenario breakdown HERE). Of course, I used my PayPal Debit Card to pay.

Anyways, I get back home looked closer at my receipt and low and behold, I had earned 1,000 ($3) Points Rewards Plus and I was trying to figure which of the five items counted towards the $30 threshold?

Let me tell you in advance that none of the items that I bought is listed as a participating item!🤣

I suspect that since the MTN DEW is a Pepsi Product that my purchase of Pepsi counted towards MTN Dew as a participating product for Points Rewards Plus but of course...who truly knows!

Also, as a side note...and I'll update this part later this evening.

Let me run over to Ralphs real quick🤣

I don't really consider this a run deal...but the Diet Pepsi and Pepsi people will clear the shelves because the 12 pack sodas are on sale for $3.99.  When I used to work downtown, I worked with girl that would bring cases of Pepsi to her cubicle to drink, I had never seen someone so addicted to the stuff.

Anyways, I am putting on my shoes to head to Ralphs and grab 4 Pepsis and a bag of the Doritos for the $3 Salty Snacks Rebate.

Also, Growly mentioned in a comment that the Pepsi Rebate requires a food purchase but in the Terms & Conditions, there is no mention of buying food.  I tend lean towards what's specified in the T&C but if anyone buys the Pepsi without food, leave a comment if your rebate was approved.

4 x Pepsi = $15.96
1 x Doritos = $3.99
= $19.95

-$2.50 Pepsi Rebate
-$3/5 Shopmium et al
-$3 Salty Snacks Rebate
=$11.45 OR $2.29 each
