I see why Target is offering the FREE Starbucks Coffee or Bullseye Cookie because there was plenty of parking at almost 11 a.m. I went to the Mission Valley Target which is part of the Mission Valley Mall. The North Park Target does not have a Starbucks inside their store.

When I arrived at the Mission Valley Starbucks, there were two people in front of me and they were both together. The cookies were in the little baskets. I opened the Target app and I provided my bar code for the cashier to scan and I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes.

The cookie tastes okay but nothing to write home about. I probably wouldn't spend my own money on the Bullseye Cookie but I am happy that I got the opportunity to taste the cookie.

I chose the cookie because I don't normally drink coffee after 10 a.m. unless the weather is super cold or I am extremely tired from like jet lag and I supposed to be at a cocktail party and dinner.
