How did Ralphs make this Mistake!🤣

I absolutely love cubed steak with gravy with rice or mashed potatoes and green beans. Up until recently, it was considered an inexpensive meal because cubed steak is a tough piece of meat and you'd have to tenderize the meat with a meat mallet or put it in the oven or a slow cooker and there are great recipes on Youtube on how to cook cubed steak in the oven/slow cooker, you can literally cut the steak with fork.

Anyways, I had went into Ralphs to buy a couple packs of the cube steak when I spotted something out of placed, it was a container of fresh liver on clearance...and the container was from RANDALL FOODS which is a Albertsons/Safeway subsidiary/afilliate store based in TEXAS. 🤣🤣🤣

It's a long drive from Texas to San Diego, California and I'm pretty sure the airport personnel is not letting you bring raw liver in a container on your flight. Whoever, excepted that item for a refund just didn't care and didn't want to argue about it.

Anyways, I did end up with my cubed steak but it's now twice price ($7.29 each) that it was February 2026.😭 Thank goodness, I don't have a lot of people to feed.
