Sprouts offers a good deal this week on the Perfect Layers bars. They’re on sale for $2.50, use the $1 digital, pay 2/$4, then redeem with Ibotta $2.48/2. Get both bars for $1.52 or 76 cents each.
I don't have the $1 digital coupon but I may have missed clipping it on July 1st and it's now gone but it's still a good without the coupon.
Thanks, Nick!
This morning, I was at my credit union talking to the bank teller and she was telling me that very few got Friday off because they are expecting it to be super busy due to the long holiday weekend but she was happy to be off for the 4th of July because a lot of others do have work. She has an amazing attitude!
A reader, Nick, says the following:

With
inflation being so high, we’ve got to do some online comparison of the
weekly grocery ads. I look at the Kroger ad (zip 45140), I
logged into my Kroger account using the my same username/password as my
Ralphs account (you’ll need to create a Kroger account) and I added the
digital coupons to my Ralphs account.
Oscar Mayer Meat Wieners Select Varieties, 16 oz $1.99 @ Ralphs
Simple
Truth Organic Blueberries or 18 oz Simple Truth Organic Blueberries
$4.99 @ QFC Go to https://www.qfc.com - use zip 98528
I would like to bring up a related side issue: math. Numbers have always been easy for me. Usually at the grocery store I’ll add up items in my head and be pretty darned close when the total pops up at the register:
But not everyone likes or is proficient in math. Wifey will usually ask my help on deals a lot less complex than the one Ms. B. brilliantly outlined above. Numbers simply aren’t her “thing”. And, don’t worry, she will beat me every time in many other areas, just not this one.
My reason for mentioning all of this is that when you do Fetch deals you especially need to know what you’re due. And I say that because, more often than not, you can and will be shorted, certainly when deals overlap. If that occurs (and it will) you need to adjust receipts, scan barcodes and resubmit. And… guess what? Fetch will give you more points (which you should have gotten in the first place) but they may, once again, still be wrong! And so you’ll then have to re-resubmit.
Therefore, you need to do the math ahead of time to know EXACTLY what you’re due. It’s YOUR money! And despite the clever cartoon graphics there’s nothing to celebrate after a grand total of “12,000” pops up on your phone screen but you’re actually due “15,000”.
Thanks, Nick!
savingwithsav on Instagram posted this Kroger deal and she says the following:
FREE TOO GOOD SMOOTHIES AT KROGER + AFFILIATES!
-
There is a $1 off $2 DQ, but personally I would not clip it as something will probably go funky with the mega event! Submit to shopmium instead!
-
This breakdown includes “mega event” savings! This week the mega event is buy 5 save $1 each! You can buy ANY 5 mega event items to qualify for the extra $1 off each promo!
The scenario below is a bit more complex because I am stacking a catalina, Ibotta, Fetch and two different rebates and the Mega Sale into one scenario! Those outside of California, your prices maybe slightly lower. I was trying to incorporate the Nature Valley Lunchbox Bars but my three nearest stores didn't carry them so I don't know how much they are in store and I substituted the General Mills Golden Grahams Soft Baked Oat Cereal Bars.
Make sure to clip the $0.50/2 Nature Valley and $0.50/2 General Mills digital coupons.
If your store has the Nature Valley Lunchbox Bars, you will get an additional $1.50 from Fetch.
Most likely, you will have to play with the scenario because your store may or may not carry what I've listed below. Definitely, go to the Kroger app or kroger.com or whatever affiliate you use to find what's in your store. The rebates list more products and you may prefer Fiber One products versus the Mott Bars.
Scenario:
Buy 2 General Mills Golden Grahams Soft Baked Oat Cereal Bars 6ct @ $1.49 = $2.98
Buy 1 Nature Valley Soft Baked Blueberry Bar $3.99
Buy 1 Nature Valley Strawberry Wafer $3.99
Buy 1 Motts Soft Baked Bars 6ct $2.49
= $13.45
Use (2) $0.50/2 digital coupons
= $12.45
Thank goodness Nick mentioned the new Nature Valley Bars & General Mills Cereal Bars Fetch offers because it triggered in mind the Nature Valley rebates, Ibotta...and the Nature Valley Bars & General Mills Cereal Bars Catalinas that I read about may 2 or 3 weeks ago...and then I forgot about it!
The pictures above are by Living Rich with Coupons (I think I saw the catalina deal on Slick Deals but I couldn't remember the particulars of the catalina so I did a quick google search and Living Rich was the first one that came up.)
Living Rich doesn't list Kroger as a participating stores but I believe it Kroger Thread that I originally saw the cat comment...which means that Kroger is a participating store. If you buy 5, you'll get back a $3 cat.
A catalina is like a store coupon and you use on any products with the exception being the usual things like cigarette products, liquor, postal stamps, dairy products, lotto tickets etc.
I'm going to try to put together a little Nature Valley Bars/General Mills Cereal Bars scenario so the kids or grandkids can have some snacks while they are out of school or some while waiting for the food to cook during the 4th of July!
In addition to these valuable coupons I want to call everyone’s attention to new Fetch offers that can be strategically used in your shopping. Specifically, Fetch is offering 1500 for new and limited edition General Mills products (example: Fruity Cheerios and Nature Valley Lunch Box Bars). Buying these specific items will stack with some of your other Fetch GM offers, and then add Ibotta or store offers as the icing on the cake. Just search GENERAL MILLS on Fetch to see your specific offers to get the ball rolling.
Nick's comment came right on time because I had forgotten to submit a receipt to Fetch Rewards!π€£
Also, Ralphs/Kroger has Nature Valley/General Mills Bars on Mega Sale, as well as, there are Ibotta offers.
Nature Valley, Mott's, Fiber One Rebate (up to $5.49) and
Nature Valley Rebate (up to $5.99)
Thanks, Nick!

A reader, Nick, says the following:
Sprouts is getting our July off to a good start with a free Quantum bar. It’s buried in all their other digital offers, so just search QUANTUM if you want to locate it quickly. Might stack with a prior BOGO from June which is still valid. Sprouts can be glitchy with their digital offers, so you might get all 3 Quantum bars for free or sadly end up having to pay for 1 or 2 out of 3, so be watchful and ready to void if things don’t go your way.
Thanks, Nick!
one_frugal_mom on Instagram posted a Whole Foods freebie and says the following:
$1.50* on sale (orig. $2.19)
- $1.50 Aisle rebate (link in bio)
- $1.50 Social Nature cash back (link)
= FREE + $1.49 MM

Vons and Albertsons stores has the STEM Flying Insect Light Trap Starter + Refill on sale for $14.99 and there's a $10 digital coupon and $10 Ibotta offer which makes the STEM FREE + $5.01 Money Maker!!!!
Also, don't forget to grab the Kraft Plant-Based Mac & Cheese as it is still a $1 Money Maker even if you've already used your $0.50 digital coupon. It's a $2 Money Maker, if you find a box in each flavor.
Therefore, if you find the STEM and the two flavors of the Kraft, you'll have a $7.01 Money Maker!
Thanks, Nick & Denise!
Happy 1st day of July, everybody! I told you guys that we'd have an amazing June and my thoughts came through fruition when we got all those run deals, last week!!! This was the run deals that I remembered from the past.
One of the reasons that I will talk specific deals to death is because I know that people are struggling financially. It was just a couple of years ago that you buy a box of hair dye for $2.99 or you could afford to go to the salon and have a stylist actually color your hair but going to salon is now crazy expensive.
This blog is about us saving money and maintaining our lifestyle. We want to be able to continue celebrating the 4th of July with our family and friends without it being a financial hardship. We also want to continue giving back to our community without expecting something in return. I swear to God, each and every time that I have given money to a stranger, to someone at the grocery store that don't have enough money to pay for their groceries or however, I have been able to assist, I always get the money back...sometimes, it's 10, 20, 100 fold that I get back.
I absolutely loved the money maker mac & cheese deals that we were able to pick up at Ralphs and Vons/Albertsons because of course, I love a money maker and I can donate whatever excess we have to a food pantry so it's like a win-win for me. PLUS, with the $5 MM Kraft Plant Based Mac & Cheese, I was able to pay for the two boxes with the FREE $5 Freshpass so in actuality, it's really a $6 money maker.
Speaking of the Freshpass, I had to cancel my Freshpass on my oldest account because it was due to auto-renew on July 1st BUT I still have my other Freshpass until almost the end of the month. I am super grateful for getting the opportunity to use the Freshpass.
I am still in awe that we get to walk into stores and basically grab 2 FREE + MM Rockstars twice a month, it's an amazing deal. Really great deals, like the Money Maker General Mills cereal deal at Ralphs, I'll do them a couple of times because my son loves cereal and if has too much cereal, I can always donate it. I did the Annie's Mac & Cheese twice which made it a $7.78 MM...this is why I have more than one account is when we get an exceptional deal, I can do it more than once...and in the case of the Annie's, it's a great donation item.
I spent most of June doing very few Ibotta deals and I some how ended up receiving $141.42 PayPal from Ibotta, I had 82,169 Fetch points and I ordered $75 in Target gift cards which left me with 169 points in my account. I received a $25 Target gift card & $25 PayPal from Shopkick, $23 PayPal from Shopmium, $7 Amazon gift from Alexa, $48.50 Venmo from Brand Club, $15 & $3 Amazon gift cards from MyPoints #1, $15 Amazon gift card from MyPoints #2.
Below are my favorite deals in the month of June:
$2.03 MM Olay Indulgent Body Wash
$7.53 MM Dove Plant Milk Cleansing Bars
$2.30 MM Blue Bunny Twist Ice Cream Pint
Thanks, Denise!
savingwithsav on Instagram found this fantastic Dollar Tree deal and she says the following:
This 5oz size is $3.98 at Walmartπ€―

I saw these while shopping at Dollar tree yesterday with @one_frugal_mom! Immediately I thought there is a fetch rebate for those π€π€£ I decided to test it out and it WORKED!
-
Fetch is limit 2!:)
I use my store rewards because I cannot use them to pay insurance, get car maintenance nor pay for prescription so I'd rather use my store rewards for the things that I want or need at the grocery store!
