I am on Day 4 waiting for Ibotta to approve my Sprouts receipt for the purchase of the Wholesome Sugar Infusion. As you see in the chat conversation above, the Ibotta care team should give me a response within 2 days. Ibotta has made more changes to the Carlotta Chat since I last used it. Also, they email you a copy of your conversation with Chat.
