If I've read the offer correctly, you will unlock the free turkey offer when you refer someone to join Ibotta and that person must redeem an offer within 7 days. Afterwards, the inviter and the invitee are eligible for a free turkey and other Thanksgiving fixings. I didn't see an up to price for the turkey so we don't know, yet.
