A reader, LS, tried to submit a receipt for the Cutwater No Beer Purchase Required (NBPR) offer and got back the message that the offer is no longer active. It appears that when it was posted about the NBPR glitch lots and lots of people submitted grocery receipts and there's no more money for rebates. The Slick Deals NBPR thread HERE.
