I saw on YouTube that the Mars Candy Company had bought the Kellogg's Snacks, i.e., Cheez-Its, Pop-Tarts, etc. I believe it was last year that Kellogg's had split the company with one side being Kellogg's Cereal/ Morningstar Meat Alternative and the other side being the Kellogg's Snacks. It is my understanding that the Kellogg's company before the breakfast/snacks split was really struggling financially and the snack side wasn't able to stand on their own.
