First thing, this morning, the National Weather Service San Diego, posted that we are going to have an atmospheric river which will cause heavy winds and heavy rains starting early on Thursday. If you don't absolutely have to be at work on Thusday/Friday...you may want to just call off from work!Ahead of the anticipated rain, the City is issuing an evacuation warning for residents in the communities that just experienced significant flooding and areas historically prone to flood.
