Sweet & Savory Bacon Jam

Here is a wonderful recipe for bacon jam. I make it and freeze it to use on burgers and breakfast sandwiches. Also good in place of meat for Benedicts. Sweet and savory. Fantastic with arugula and good tomato to cut through the richness.
