Money Matters

WOW, lots of changes in the last couple weeks namely the disappearance of the zip code advantage and Kroger having the same price on the weekly deals across all of their stores.  In addition, Qs.com has me in abeyance which is basically a temporary suspension of activity as I can no longer view or activate new offers and offers that have expired are now just hanging out instead of disappearing. Oh, I almost forgot that Brand Club is now charging $1.50 fee to withdraw our funds to PayPal or Venmo, plus they want a credit card added to my account.  We also saw Fetch Rewards devalue their points by raising the points requirements on many of their gift card offers.

If you have enough points or money, it's the first day of the month, request to withdraw your funds from your rebate account because the rebate apps are not financial institutions covered by the FDIC.

Most of these changes are due to our economy is based on consumerism and the consumer has ran out of money which caused Amazon, Walmart, Facebook, Microsoft, Google, etc. to announce massive layoffs  and store closures.

The good thing is that as Couponers we are ahead of the game because we get the biggest bang for our buck like the FREE Dreyers or Edy's ice cream or the $8.99 for 5 packs of Pepsi Zero 12pk or the $0.99 Cottonelle toilet paper.  Couponers helps keeps the economy moving because we help move products out of the stores.

Couponers are family oriented because we are always planning ahead to the next family gathering and our families are savers, too, because we enlist their help whenever we need an assist. Saving money is a family affair and it keeps the lines of communication open at all times "What flavor of ice cream do you want?"🤣

One of my first Ibotta deals in the month of April was the Oscar Mayer bacon deal at Walgreens and bacon for $0.25 pack, the week before Easter...yes, please!  I was so happy to get rid of that $5 Register Rewards from the Nasonex deal in March because I didn't want to loose the darn thing or forget about the Register Rewards and letting it expired.

I received a $10 Amazon gift card for a survey from my utilities provider and $29 PayPal for a survey from Flavor Wiki.  I received $1.31 PayPal deposit from the Barlean's Organic Coconut Oil settlement and $6.61 in my PayPal account from the Sunscreen Settlement

Below are some of my favorite deals in April:

FREE O Organic beans

$1.64 Butter

$0.25 Oscar Mayer Bacon

$7MM Air Wick Essential refill

$8.99 for 5 packs of Pepsi Zero 12pk

$3.99 MM Neuro Gum
