Kroger loses $12 billion as customer behavior takes a turn

We knew that this was coming because the price of everything has increased exponentially across every category.  Most Couponers haven't felt the inflation increase because we've been chasing the freebies and cheapies.  This past summer was the first summer that I can recall since I began couponing that there weren't any real ice cream deals at the grocery stores! Normally, the ice cream makers would be introducing new ice cream flavors and new spins on ice cream for us to try. Heck, Vons offered no ice cream deals for the long Labor Day weekend...none!

I suspect that for Thanksgiving, we aren't going to see a lot deals.
