In my area of San Diego (North Park), about an hour ago, we had light rains and I got an email from Nextdoor Local News saying that there have been sporadic power outages across San Diego. You can read the power outage story HERE.
Make sure that you have plenty of bottled water (it's $2.99 at CVS) and make sure that you have some peanut butter just in case you need to make peanut butter sandwiches, if you experience a outage.
