A reader, Denise, was kind enough to let me know that BOGO BIC coupon didn't work for her and probably didn't work for anyone else either because when I checked the Qualifying Products list...the list was completely empty. The picture above shows nothing. If this has happened to you, you can visit the Customer Service Chat and tell them that the digital coupon did not work (you'll need your receipt) and they will credit your account with the money. I've done it previously and it takes about 5 minutes. Kroger has the best Customer Service ever. I'd definitely say that I clipped coupon, last night for my Friday shopping trip and Kroger unclipped the coupon for some reason...AND you say I really love shopping at Ralphs/Kroger but if I have to, I will return both products back to the store. They don't want to you to return both so they'll give you the money back for one of the items.
