One of my brothers came into a financial windfall and he called me, this morning, saying that he was sending me some money to buy myself a little gift! Honestly, I thought he was sending over $100 to buy lunch or dinner but instead he sent $2,000. My brothers and I always share with each other...and we don't have to and it's not something we've ever discussed with each other. We send each other books, gifts and just stuff to try out.
My point is to share with your family members, if you have it!
