Ibotta has been sending all of my receipts into these long Pending status for the last month or two. When I uploaded my Ralphs receipt to Ibotta, their software stated it didn't recognize any offers which means that I had to click "Missing Items" button and scan each box and the software recognized all three boxes.
You can see that I have a clear receipt and I only purchased the 3 boxes of the Kraft Mac & Cheese Restaurant Edition on the receipt.
It's clearly shows "Kraft Rest Edit" = Kraft Restaurant Edition.
Lines #2 and #3 shows "KMC Rest Mont Jack" = Kraft Mac & Cheese Restaurant.
It's very frustrating.
