The only way to get a Settlement Award in the form of a Grubhub site credit is to submit a Claim Form. The Claim Form Deadline has been extended to August 7, 2026 for all Class Members.

Who it covers: Customers who ordered food through Grubhub or Seamless in California between January 24, 2019, and January 12, 2026. [1]

The claim: The lawsuit (Wang et al. v. Grubhub) alleged that the company made false or misleading representations about delivery fees, service fees, and menu prices.

Payout & Deadlines: Class members can file a claim to receive a $10 Grubhub site credit. The claim deadline has been extended to August 7, 2026, and the final approval hearing is set for August 10, 2026.
