Yesterday, about mid-day, there was a Walmart glitch with Walmart Cash that the folks on Reddit was discussing, of course, by the time I saw the post, Walmart had pulled the glitch offer. It was like an $11 money maker.
A couple weeks ago, when we got those Daiya Mac & Cheese offers, I had decided to go to the Walmart way out in the boondocks because I could find a bunch of offers at one Walmart store. I also for whatever reason, decided to clip the $1.50 Daiya Walmart Cash offer.
Anyways, when I got to the register, I split the FREE+MM Daiya Herb & Garlic Deluxe Mac and FREE+MM Daiya Dairy-Free Taco Mac & Chz into two transactions, putting them on different receipts. I did this mainly because Social Nature's AI software will sometimes get confused about having two different offers with the same name on the same receipt and then I have to submit a Trouble Ticket and go back and forth with Customer Service.
I submitted my two receipts to Social Nature with no problem, however, I low-key forgot about clipping the $1.50 Daiya offer and submitted the two receipts to Ibotta for the $1 Daiya offer and the $1.50 Daiya offer and I was credited for both offers.
At some point afterwards, I went to look at my Walmart Wallet on the Walmart app and low and behold, there was a $1.50 Walmart Cash in my account that I'd gotten from my Daiya purchase so instead of it being a $2.50 money maker, it ended up being a $4 money maker! Obviously, this was a glitch of some sort and in my opinion, it's probably some sort of AI issue as so many companies fired the human programmers to save money! Thanks, Walmart for the extra $1.50!
