I'm not really a drugstore shopper like I used to be back in the day when going to CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens on Sundays because of must do deals like free razors, hair care (including hair dye), deodorant, body wash, lotion, nail polish and of course, free oral care. Remember when people could get free diapers or almost free diapers? We'd come home with bags of freebies but those days are long gone. I think this is the reason that people have resorted to stealing at the drugstores when the drugstores pretty much gave up on their loyalty programs.
Even before I became a Couponer, on Sundays, I'd go through the drugstore sales ad and circle the items that I thought was a good deal and I wanted to buy. Remember the raincheck? Nobody raincheck anything any more because the stores/corporations have stopped distributing weekly sales ads.
I remember that every Wednesday that the sales ads would arrive in our mailboxes. Almost all sales are cyclical and the weekly ad would remind us to stock up on Quaker Oatmeal because it's on sale for $0.99 but we don't get those reminders anymore because now customer must go into an app or website and remember to clip a coupon to get the sales price.
ANYWAYS...go into the Ibotta app and activate the CVS 2% Back Ibotta offer for the next time you stop by CVS!

There are still some good deals at CVS
