Someone must have wrote a post on a blog, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or something on social media about my old weekly Comparison Shopping posts. I have stopped writing the Comparison Shop of Weekly Digital Deals because the retailer made changes making it impossible for us to select lower prices in cheaper regions of the country. For example, prices in Kentucky is cheaper than New York City, however, the American people are quite aware that most of our foods are imported from foreign lands and there is not a good reason for pricing disparity from state to state unless that particular corporation wants higher profits on the backs of the poor and middle class so they can buy more politicians and judges to change laws that do not represent our best interests.
The Comparison Shop of Weekly Digital Deals are not coming back, let sleeping dogs lie.

I still have all of my bookmarks saved on my cell phone for QFC and the four or five zip codes from Kroger and everything else! I do not think, however, that your statement is completely true. I just added some cheesecake factory bread that was in the weekly ad at QSC and it does allow the discount at Ralph's. No produce or meat or dairy ever works, of course, and I don't think the activity is worth any time anyway anymore. I have not tested it more broadly.
ReplyDeleteI have tried in 2026 and I don't remember what the product was but I was unsuccessful. Truthfully, the grocery store deals have been lacking and that's probably due to the tariffs and the higher oil prices. Yesterday, 2 of my top 3 posts were the Comparison Shop and so I had to go back thru 3 years of weekly posts and remove them being repopulated.
DeleteFunny stuff. You did save me thousands of dollars with that! This week is weird. Double discount is only showing on NorCal side for most.
