I still don't understand why we just change the time twice a year because it would always take me a couple of weeks for my body to readjust to the time change especially in March...when I was working and I had to get up an hour earlier. It's kinda like when you go from the West Coast to the East Coast and you have a 8 a.m. meeting on Monday, it would always take me a couple of days until the jet lag would catch up with me BUT going from California to Hawaii during the winter, I didn't experience any jet lag.
Anyways, tonight, don't forgot to spring forward your clocks before going to bed!
