Don’t fall for that. It’s not worth the risk. Points on an app mean absolutely nothing. At any time they can devalue those points, ban you on the app or the app can completely shut down like it did here (Shopkicks). You need to redeem those points for something of value the absolute second you are able to.

Everyone goes on about how the higher value gift cards on Fetch have better redemption value but it’s not worth the risk to save up 50,000 points. I’ve seen so many horror stories of people getting banned when they try to redeem a high value card.
