This is perfect for a birthday, anniversary, congratulations celebration dessert without spending an arm & a leg. Who can afford to go to a stand alone, mom & pop bakery to order a nice cake, nowadays? Even the grocery store bakeries are expensive. To me, the only place you can get a cake at a reasonable price is Costco and you just have remember which friend has a Costco membership!
