The Pepsi Zero OTC didn't work for me

 


I went to Vons to pick up the $1.99 Fresh Express Bagged Salads and I went to the exact same Vons that I normally use the OTC offers and the OTC did not work for me.  I suspect that the offers are no longer available to redeem. I had the attendant remove the drink from my transaction.
