You are a member of the Class if you used your personal credit card or debit card, which for purposes of this settlement includes EBT cards, at any Sprouts grocery store within the United States at any time during the period (1) from August 16, 2020 through October 31, 2022 for debit and credit cards excluding EBT cards or (2) from March 15, 2021 through April 15, 2023 for EBT cards, and you were provided an electronically printed receipt at the point of the sale or transaction, on which receipt was printed more than the last five digits of your credit card or debit card number
