Ever since I've had my main CVS card, they've sent me a FREE $3 Extra Bucks for my birthday and typically, they'd do so by texting it to me. However, this year, they added the offer to my account so you'll need to look in your CVS account for FREE $3 Birthday Extra Bucks.
I've had this CVS account probably since about 2008 which was back in CVS's heyday and they had all kinds of freebies back then so no I do not know how you sign up for the FREE $3 Birthday Extra Bucks.
