The reason I deleted the Tyson Chicken Sandwich post because there is ambiguity in the wording as to how much you will get back from Swagbucks and we don't have the time or energy to be going around and around with these rebate apps. Clearly, in the "Buying Options" Swagbucks state 300 SB and 700 SB for Tyson Chicken Sandwich and when you go to submit your receipt, it's not clear what Swagbuck intent as to which points will applied.
I can tell you from a contracts perspective, if you were to actually take Swagbucks to court for being non-responsive, in giving you the 700 points for each box that you purchased, they would loose every single time because in contracts law if it's not clear, as shown in the picture above, the court will automatically side with offeror because there was no meeting of the minds.
This is why when you buy a home, it's very specific - you are buying the house on 123 Baker Street, San Diego, CA 92104, you are buying a BMW 328i, VIN# 2309484PP7123, LICENSE NUMBER 1238P99, in contract law, everything is very specific. You never see in contracts you may get a red or blue car.
I know I am beating a dead horse but it's so important to understand when you see the word "offer" it's implied that there will be a contract in place between you and entity since when you signed up for the rebate app, you acknowledged that you read all of the terms and conditions.
If I was going to buy the chicken sandwiches, I would try this deal myself but Mr. Man nor I are big fans of the Tyson chicken sandwiches and when I called my son, he said "Absolutely, not!".😂
