A few days ago, I believe it was New Year's Eve, I tried to request my funds from Checkout 51 and their protocol was asking me to sign into my account. However, each time that I attempted to sign into my account, their system did not recognize my email address and when I requested to reset my password, the email link never appeared at my email address.
Now, I am certainly not a programing expert but I have sat side-by-side with programmers to get special features applied in my small part of the website. My assigned programmer, Bob, was very cool and he'd answer any question I had so simple things like your name and password, programmers build in multiple redundancies into websites and this is why when hackers to take down a website, it's hard because of all the tables. I knew that Checkout 51 was lying when I was getting a message not recognizing my email address.
When customer service finally responded to me, they needed proof of my birthday and within two minutes of me sending a picture of my ID, I received the link to reset my password.
