The person in the video did an experiment to see how long Nature's Own Bread and the woman kept the bread more than a year and a half...and the bread never turned green. The video is like two minutes long. The breads from my childhoods don't taste like the bread of today...and it's the reason why I don't mind spending more to buy bread from the Bakery Dept and even the bagels and English muffins don't taste the same. However, if you buy bread at the Bakery Dept, you'd better plan of eating it right away or it will go bad on you.
