If you have kids and if you can afford it, you might want to stop by your local McDonald's for the McDonald's x Grinch Meal that is available now to order! I think the 10 piece Chicken Nugget Grinch Meals comes with the Grinch Socks but ask at the store which meal comes with the Grinch Socks. They also have a Big Mac Grinch Meal.
