Californians do not wait until Wednesday on Christmas Eve to do your last minute Christmas shopping. Grab your eggnog, snacks and whatever breakfast foods you make for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day because once that rain starts hitting along with all the traffic accidents, you'll just want to stay home.  You'll have today and most of tomorrow before the floods hit.
