I actually think this is based on location. Previously I have been denied the BOGO from Aisle and only received 25% back. Last week I was in Florida and there was a deal at Publix BOGO Clearly Canadian and I submitted to Aisle for the BOGO and received it to make 2 free. Could it be that Aisle thinks that us Californians should not get 2 free?
