Cuatro Milpas has been sold to developers

Oh man, this restaurant closing is very sad and I didn't get the opportunity to take my relatives to eat there. The establishment had no parking and it's kinda in the hood so you'd have to park and walk it to Cuatro Milpas at lunchtime. It was like the first restaurant that my coworkers took me to for lunch when I first came to San Diego. The owners of Las Cuatro Milpas sold the property to developers for $2.6 million and the restaurant had been in the business for 9 decades.  It's the same story with Perry's Cafe that property in Point Lome, too, was sold to developers.  Man, the developers are buying up the properties where you could enjoy inexpensive foods. My North Park neighborhood has lots of restaurants, however, it's expensive and the food is mid at best.
