I don't know anything about Ripple Street app but I wanted share what I saw on Reddit about a free Philadelphia Cheesecakes down below:
The Ripple Street app currently has 2 different offers for Philadelphia cheesecakes, one plain and one strawberry, for Kroger and affiliates.
They're priced at $10.99/ea, with a max payout of $15. In the past, when I have bought multiples of an item, Ripple Street would credit me for up to the limit. So, for each offer, you could buy 1 for completely free, or buy 2 for $21.98 and get back $15, making them $3.49/ea ($6.98 for both).
The offers run out quick, and new spots open up at 6am PT / 9am ET daily. In actuality, I found the spots appear approximately 10 minutes early, and run out before the scheduled time. So you should be getting on the app at 5:50am PT / 8:50am ET to claim a spot.
I saw 7 spots for the strawberry and 4 the plain, so you have to move quick. That's why I think admittedly this deal may be controversial to share here, but if you're a morning person you can make this happen.
One thing to note: Ripple Street gives you 3 days (there's a timer) to make your purchase and submit. If you don't submit in time, the offer is disabled, and you won't be able to claim a spot for that offer again. So you must to shop within the given timeframe.
You get reimbursed per-receipt. There is no cash-out minimum.
You can also sign up for both of the ReFUNd offers if you can do it quickly enough. You can click on one, then it'll say "claim in progress", then you swipe back a page, click on the 2nd offer, and then claim your spot for the other one.
Stated differently, you don't have to wait for the first process to get in line for the other.
