When I was looking at the Vons/Albertsons Friday Only Deals, I noticed that the Farmer John Bacon is now 10-12 ounces. The manufacturer has shrunk the packaging down to 10 ounces but they did keep the price at $5. I am hoping that this time next year, they won't shrink the bacon down to 6 ounces.🤣
I did check to see if Ralphs had shrunk the bacon but all it is still 12 ounces, however, Walmart Great Value bacon is 16 ounces. I have not tried Great Value bacon so I don't know if it's like the Hoffy bacon or not.
If you have a special Christmas Eve/Christmas Day breakfast, you'll have to take into consideration the pricing increase and packaging shrinkage.
