The Ibotta offer is worded kinda of wonky "Offer valid when you buy 2 or more" and the $1.50 is on top and the limit 3. I assume that Ibotta is trying to say "Get $1.50 when you buy 2 or more" but they're not outright saying that. If the limit is 3, I assume that you'll need to buy 6 ice cream sandwiches to max out the deal.
