There's something different about the game, this year, but I cannot figure it out. For some reason, the "game" won't except my phone number which means I've got to call Customer Service.

Someone snagged your number to and it is associated with another account. It was previously possible to start multiple accounts online and add unverified phone numbers after the fact. At that time, I don't believe they were matching duplicates.
