I was shocked at the complete and utter lack of line when I got there. There was only 1 lady ahead of me and I watched her leave with nothing. Odd, I thought. Well, I get to the counter. The cashier sees me getting my phone out. "We're not doing the deal here. If you want the deal you can go to Montebello." (A location so far away I couldn't have possibly gotten there before 4 pm!) So why did it let me click the coupon for in store use after I had already set my location? This really turned me off as a customer!
The line was crazy long (at least 30 people) at 3pm, but I still got it in time.
