Yesterday, I went to Albertsons and purchased 12 Yoplait yogurts for the $3.14/12 Yoplait Yogurt, any variety, single cup, Ibotta offer.
1. In the upper left corner, next to your initial, click the pull down and "Profile".
2. Scroll down to "Help"
3. Click "Visit the Help Center"
4. Scroll down until the chatbot Carlotta appears and it's a pink bubble with a smiley face.
I told the bot that I was having technical difficulties submitting my receipt since the software wasn't able to recognize Yoplait Strawberry flavor.
It's important to submit a Trouble Ticket when you are having problems with THEIR software/AI/bots or whatever because otherwise we've wasted our time for nothing!
