For some reason, I was unable to activate the $3/2 L'Oreal manufacturer digital coupon but no problem activating the $3/2 L'Oreal Walgreens Store digital coupon (the unlimited coupon). I can at least see both coupons on Walgreens.com but in the Walgreens app, I could only see one $3/2 coupon.
