If federal funding is cut off from California, it would mean hospitals, colleges and K-12 would close, public transportation would shut down, most likely the military bases would close, police departments would be heavily impacted and they would be laid off. The ports would be shut down. I don't know how people think things are happening around here...it's the federal government. People think that things are happening at the local level because they see the city bus going down the street, the principal waving at students and the mayor eating a piece of apple pie at the apple festival. Every country operates at the federal level and the money is doled out to each state, province, city or whatever and it's been done this way for at 200 years but probably much longer than that.
Trump is showing everyone how things are really done. He has been successful because every time he got into a pickle, he filed for bankruptcy and his debt was wiped clean but he was allowed to keep his properties.
This is going to cause all kinds of chaos.
