Yesterday, I bought more of the FREE General Mills cereal at Ralphs and I submitted my receipt for the $1 BofA Rebate offer because the lady that us know about the $1 BofA Rebate offer had already said that it's going to be a hit or miss at times when you submit your receipt. They rejected the receipt on the same day that I submitted the receipt.
For me, it's been pretty good since it's a new program.
