romyysaves posted the Target scenario above based Price Matching (PM) to Walmart's lower price of $4.67. Price Matching at Target is super easy, you just pull up the Walmart product on your phone and you let the cashier or the attendant or Customer Service that you'd like to Price Match to Walmart's lower price. The Target employee will manually adjust the price.
I know I have a lot of new people on my blog and they don't always understand the lingo or how to price match.
