On Saturday, when I said that Fetch credited me 4,000 versus 6,000 for the purchase of the Ponds Wipes, I did not submit a Trouble Ticket because I was tired and my right knee was hurting. In my mind, I was thinking to myself "Don't worry about the 2,000 points because God will replace the money." When things don't go right for me in couponing or a deal, I always believe that God is going to fix it, be patient. By the way, I did submit my Trouble Ticket and I got the 2,000 points.
I didn't have to wait long because on Sunday, I looked at my emails and Amazon and sent me an email (it was legit) telling me that they had returned $200+ to me because they believe I had made returns and it had taken them too long to investigate so they gave us the money back on a gift card on my account. HUHHHHHH?????? It was legit, I had an extra $200+ on my gift card.
I have been with Amazon almost since the very beginning back when they only sold books. I used to buy textbooks for college at Amazon and after each semester, I'd sell the textbooks back to Amazon usually at a loss and I'd buy more textbooks for the new semester. Of course, I finished college and Amazon grew, I grew with them. I think I had had Amazon Prime almost from the beginning when it started 2005. It's been very rare for me to make returns because year ago, it was being reported that Amazon would close your account if you made too many returns and we never knew what was considered too many returns.
Anyways, I am very thankful for their generosity.
