What Order do I submit my receipts?

 

I always submit to first CO51 first because they run out of rebate offers the quickest.  A reader, Gavin, reported that he'd submitted his receipt to SK first and got an error message on SB that the receipt was already used. The rebate companies shoot themselves in the foot by telling on each other.
