According to this Fortune article, Cal-Maine, the largest egg producer in the US, they had a record breaking $508 million profit for the first THREE months of 2025. Keep in mind that this company received a bailout from the federal government so they didn't have to raise their prices due to the bird flu but they raised their prices anyways because they wanted the profit.
You get to have a taxpayer bailout and raise your prices, too? I'm not buying no more eggs.
