I am over the moon happy about this deal because the rebate has been out for awhile but in California, the lowest price Ralphs had for Annie's Mac & Cheese was on sale for $1.99 and we'd be paying $10 and getting back a $5 rebate and...I just didn't like it and I didn't post it!  However, I can get with FREE!!!
