I think this is the first time that I've seen Ibotta do this offer a rebate for specific participating stores only if you've redeemed the rebate previously, otherwise, if you have not redeem rebate, your participating store looks to be valid only at Walmart. Weird. The offer is genuinely YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary).
