During the Christmas 2024 holidays, I purchased the Dean's French Onion Dip for like $2.99 and we loved it. Now, Ralphs and Kroger stores have the Dean's Dip 16 oz on sale for $1.49 as part of it's Weekly Digital Deals and unbelievably, there's a $0.75 Ibotta offer, limit 5...making the dip just $0.74 each!!!
HOWEVER, Ibotta's software reader doesn't recognize the bar code.😂
The physical dip and the Ibotta offer description says exactly "Dean's French Onion Dip" and the software says it doesn't recognize it.
I'm going to let everyone on the internet crash out on Ibotta about the item not being the correct product and let the folks on the internet bombard Ibotta with requests about Dean's Dip.
I feel like Ibotta will fix the problem in the next day or two with the internet on their backs.
