Local San Diegans, there is a fire off of Friar's Rd near 163 West, this is going to be near the Fashion Valley Mall close to the I-8 West. I am in North Park, I'm probably about 3 or 4 miles that area. I swear, I could smell smoke but I assumed that someone was barbecuing!
